    Research Instruments

    The researcher will use the survey questionnaire design which was made by the

    researcher and validated by Dr. Valentino Baac, Research Adviser of Pamantasan ng Lungsod

    ng Muntinlupa. It is used to gather data and information to identify the operational efficiency

    of an inventory management system using the 4-Point Likert Scale, as shown in the table

    below:

    The questionnaire is composed of statements that determine the impact of inventory

    system on operational efficiency. The questionnaire consists of two parts, with the first part

    collecting information from the respondent and the second part seeking the necessary

    information to meet the research objectives.
