Official Letter of Intent: Copper Cathode

Empyrean Consulting International (“ECI”), a trading and investment company based in the Democratic
Republic of Congo with offices in Kinshasa & Lubumbashi and in association with our associates (South
African Company), hereby expresses its interest in purchasing Copper Cathodes. We together with our
client are buyers of Copper Cathode

We are to enter into a partnership prefinancing contract for the production of 500mt-1500mt of copper
cathodes per month over a 12-month period.

The contract is to be signed with a factory with production capacity to produce these copper cathodes.

Overview:

Quantity 500mt – 1500mt per month

Payment Terms Prefinance – as per Factory (Seller) conditions
Quality For each shipment, Seller will provide, at its cost,
a Certificate of Analysis, prepared by SGS (or
another laboratory accepted by Buyer in writing),
certifying the chemical specifications of the
product, using ASTM methods and standards. If
the buyer wishes parallel, secondary testing, the
Buyer will pay for such testing
Contract Period A period of 12 months from the date of the first
delivery
Specifications Copper (min %) – 99.97% - 99.99%
