ABSTRACT
The student’s industrial work experience scheme programme is chiefly equipped
towards the introduction of the students to the society, industrial, domestic demand
and needs of their course of study. It prepare students to know what they will face
in the labour market after graduation, it also establish students to be self-reliance.
In line with the aim and objectives of the program it creates podium to bridge the
gap the between the theoretical knowledge acquired in the school and practical
aspect and this gives students additional knowledge about his/ her course of study,
indeed the program serve as reservoir of knowledge in which students fetch
practical experience.
