HOW TO MAKE LOPEK BUGIH

Ingradients: Step:

 500 grams/ 1 pack of stiky rice flour  First, stir-fry peanuts, remove the skin
 65 ml rose brand coconut milk and grind them a little, don`t crush
 150 ml water them too much,set aside.Mix the unti
ingredients while kneading and cook
 ½ tsp salt
fot 7 minutes over medium heat
 350grams /1 pc grated white coconut  Once cooked, stir in the peanuts .cool,
only once cool, roll it up
 250 grams of sugar  Make the skin, mix coconut milk, water
 ½ salt and salt
 1 pandan leaf  Add a little to the flour, stir until
 100 grams of peanuts smooth. For 10 minutes
 Mix the thick coconut milk ingredients
and cook until it boils
 Aftrer cooking ,fold as shown in the
picture
 Add another 1 tablespoon of thick
coconut milk and fold
 Steam for 30 minutes using medium
heat

 Finally, enjoy the lopek bugih
