HOW TO MAKE TUNJANG SOUP

Material:

1 kg beef leg bones

1/2 kg beef

2 tomatoes

1 carrot

1 potato

Whole spices:

2 sprigs of chopped spring onions

2 cinnamon sticks

2 nutmegs

1 tsp ground pepper

10 clove seeds

salt and stock powder to taste

Ground spices:

3 cloves of garlic

7 red onions

3 candlenuts
1/2 tsp coriander

2 cm ginger

Steps to make tunjang soup

1.Put the beef bones and meat into the pressure cooker. Cook for just 15 minutes until soft.

2. Heat enough oil. Saute the ground spices until cooked and pour in enough water.

3. Add all the whole spices. Cook until delicious.

4. Add the potatoes and carrots and cook until slightly soft.

5. Add the beef meat and bones along with the broth.

6. Add the tomato pieces, sugar, salt, pepper and stock powder to taste.

7. Taste test, if it's right, remove from heat.

Enjoy tunjang soup with warm rice and a sprinkling of fried onions.
