HOW TO MAKE LOPEK BUGI

INGREDIENTS
❖ 150 grams of black sticky rice flour
❖ 100 grams of sticky rice flour
❖ 300 ml coconut milk
❖ Banana leaf contents of lopek bugi
❖ 250 grams of young coconu
❖ 200 grams of granulated sugar
❖ 125 spoons of salt
❖ ½ spoon vanilla

HOW TO MAKE

1. Mix the sticky rice flour and 300 ml coconut milk, stir
until the mixture thickens/can be formed
2. Place the mixture on the banana leaves
3. Shape the dough into an elongated shape
4. For the contents of the lopek bugi (core), mix all the
ingredients together
5. After the core has been mixed together, take the
dough that has been made lengthwise beforehand,
split it in the middle, then insert the core into the
section that was split earlier.
6. Fold the banana leaves and steam until cooked
