Roti jala is usually served as a breakfast or dinner menu. This bread is often
served as a takjil menu during the month of Ramadan. The ingredients used to
make roti jala are wheat flour, sugar, salt, coconut milk and margarine.
Ingredients:
400g all purpose flour
200g milk
440g water
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
oil
How to:
1. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Mix everything by using balloon whisk until nice and smooth. Let it sit for
30 minutes.
4. Add 1 tsp oil into the pan and wipe lightly using kitchen paper.
5. Take 1 soup spoon of the batter and pour slowly and draw the net motif.
6. Let it cook for 30 to 1 minute on each side. Set aside and repeat the process.
