Ingradients
1 kilogram of rice name : Aulia Hasfi Rahma
1 liter coconut milk class : X.A

Step
Wash the sticky rice and soak for 3
hours.Drain well.
Prepare the bamboo, line the inside with
banana leaves.
Mix coconut milk with salt. Stir well
Put 3 measures of coconut milk into the
bamboo, followed by 5 measures of rice. Do
this alternately until the height of the rice is
2 knuckles from the top tip of the bamboo.
Pour the coconut milk until it is level with
the height of the bamboo one last time.
Arrange the bamboo standing upright, then
burn it by lighting a fire under it.
Turn the bamboo when one side is wilted.
The cooking process takes about 3 hours.
When it's done, let it cool. Next, split the
bamboo and remove the lemang.
Cut according to taste and ready to serve.
