AFFIDAVIT OF FARMWORKER
I, ERNESTO BESIN, SR., of Purok Uno, Manan-ao, Baroy, Lanao del
Norte, after having been sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and
say:

1. That I am the same ERNESTO BESIN, SR., a farmer by occupation;

2. That I know personally the persons of the late PATRICIO

PAGHASIAN and also her daughter JADE PAGHASIAN-GALAMBAO, as I am
personally handling the day-to-day operations of their farmland with an area of
1,600 square meters, located in Manan-ao, Baroy, Lanao del Norte;

3. That since 2016, I was contacted and hired by the late Patricio
Paghasian to work on the said farmland after he bought it from Anita Balugtod;

4. That since then, I was the one who was maintaining the said farmland
in behalf of the late Patricion Paghasin and later on, after his death on April
2022, I continued as farm worker of his daughter, JADE PAGHASIAN-
GALAMBAO;

5. That on May 2023, I was personally told by Anita Balugtod that she will
take-over the farm owned by JADE PAGHASIAN-GALAMBAO and told me to
stop being a maintenance worker of the said farmland;

6. That since then, Anita Balugtod took over the said farmland and hired
her own maintenance worker to tend to the said farmland;

7. That I am executing this Affidavit to narrate the events which

transpired on May 2023 and thereafter and for whatever legal intent and
purposes this may serve;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 17 th
