Job Description: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, resume screening, conducting
interviews, and extending offers.
Collaborate with Team managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely fulfilment.
Utilize various recruitment platforms and networks to source potential candidates.

Grievance Handling:
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, disputes, and grievances.
Conduct thorough investigations, ensuring confidentiality and fairness in all proceedings.
Provide recommendations for resolution and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Employee Engagement:
Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
Assist in the development and execution of employee recognition programs.
Gather feedback through surveys and focus groups to identify areas for improvement.

Onboarding and Orientation:


Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the
company culture.
Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, procedures, and values.

HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, attendance, and
performance evaluations.
Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:


Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure the company's HR policies are in compliance.
Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Training & Development: Hire fresher Software Developer for Software Training courses through bulk
hiring and campus drive.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or MSW, MBA or related field.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software and platforms.
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Mode: Work from Home
Joining: Available immediately
Salary: Performance-based incentive in the internship period. If selected after an internship, the salary
range will be 2 LPA to 4 LPA.
