8 REPLACING ANDRE GREEN, PURSUANT TO SECTION
9 51A.103 (APPOINTMENT, QUALIFICATIONS, AND
10 TENURE OF COMMISSIONERS; HIRING OF EMPLOYEES),
11 CHAPTER 51A (JACKSONVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY),
12 ORDINANCE CODE, FOR A FIRST FULL TERM TO EXPIRE
13 ON SEPTEMBER 16, 2026; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
14 DATE.

16 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Jacksonville:
17 Section 1. Confirmation. The Council hereby confirms the
18 Mayor’s appointment of Lisa Strange Weatherby, a Duval County
19 resident, to the Jacksonville Housing Authority, replacing Andre
20 Green, pursuant to Section 51A.103 (Appointment, qualifications, and
21 tenure of commissioners; hiring of employees), Chapter 51A
22 (Jacksonville Housing Authority), Ordinance Code, for a first full
23 term to expire on September 16, 2026.
24 Section 2. Effective Date. This resolution shall become
25 effective upon signature by the Mayor or upon becoming effective
26 without the Mayor’s signature.
