.ﻳﻌﺪ ﻫﺬا اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﻣﻠﻜّﻴﺔ ﺣﺼﺮّﻳﺔ ﻟﻮزارة اﻟﺸﺆون اﻟﺒﻠﺪّﻳﺔ واﻟﻘﺮوّﻳﺔ واﻹﺳ ن
اﻟﻮزارة ﻟﻬﺎ اﻟﺤﻖ ﻓﻲ إﺗﺎﺣﺔ اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت اﻟﻮاردة ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬا.ﻣﻞ ﺑﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ذﻟﻚ أﺣ م ﻫﺬا اﻹﺧﻄﺎر اﻟﻬﺎم وﻳﺠﺐ اﻻﻃﻼع ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺑﺸ

إﻟﻰ أﻗﺼﻰ ﺣﺪ، وُﺗﺒﺮئ اﻟﻮزارة ذﻣﺘﻬﺎ. ﻳﻜﻮن ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﺴﺆوﻟﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﺎﻣﺔ ﻟﺬﻟﻚ اﻟﻄﺮف وﻳﺘﺤﻤﻞ اﻟﻤﺨﺎﻃﺮ اﻟﻤﺮﺗﺒﻄﺔ ﺑﻪ،اﻟﻤﺘﻌﺎﻗﺪﻳﻦ ﻣﻌﻬﺎ

Lead the assessment of troubled Amana projects وﻳﺄﺗﻲ ﻓﻲ ﻃﻠﻴﻌﺔ ﺗﻘﻴﻴﻢ ﻣﺸﺎرﻳﻊ اﻷﻣﺎﻧﺔ اﻟﻤﺘﻌﺜﺮة اﻟﺘ ﻔﺔ
with major cost, schedule, safety, quality and/or other اﻟﺮﺋﻴﺴﻴﺔ واﻟﺠﺪول اﻟﺰﻣﻨﻲ ﻷﻋﻤﺎل اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع واﻟﺴﻼﻣﺔ واﻟﺠﻮدة و
scope delivery/performance issues, on a prioritized أو أداء اﻟﻨﻄﺎق وذﻟﻚ ﻋﻠﻰ/ أو ﻏﻴﺮﻫﺎ ﻣﻦ اﻷﻣﻮر اﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺘﺴﻠﻴﻢ/

Baladiyah: The Baladiyah is a government sector that ﻗﻄﺎع ﺣﻜﻮﻣﻲ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻤﻴًﺎ ﺑﺎﻷﻣﺎﻧﺔ وﻳﺘﺮأﺳﻪ ﺷﺨﺺ:اﻟﺒﻠﺪﻳﺔ
is organizationally related to the Amana headed by a وﺗﺘﻤﺜﻞ.ﻣﻌﻴﻦ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻷﻣﻴﻦ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﻨﻄﻘﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﻨﺘﻤﻲ إﻟﻴﻬﺎ
person appointed by the head of Amana in the region ﻣﻬﻤﺘﻪ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬ اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت اﻟﺒﻠﺪﻳﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻘﺪﻣﻬﺎ اﻷﻣﺎﻧﺔ
