BIOGRAPHICAL DATA

The proponent QUENNIE MAE DELA CRUZ is a resident of Mendez, Cavite.

She is 22 years old and was born on November 28, 1999. Her mother is Loida Sausa, a

housewife, and her father is Randy Sausa, a foreman. She finished her elementary

schooling at the age of 11 at Asis Elementary School, completed her junior high school at

Tagaytay City National High School, and for senior high school, she graduated from

Olivarez College Tagaytay at the age of 18 years old.

The Proponent IRISH DIMPLE GUILLERMO is a resident of Mendez, Cavite.

She is 22 years old and was born on June 25, 1999. Her mother is Marical Guillermo, a

freelance agent. She finished her Elementary at the age of 11 years old in Galicia

elementary School and she complete her Junior High School and Senior High School in

Tagaytay City National High School.

The proponent KIMBERLY MALVEDA is a resident of Laurel, Batangas. She

is 22 years old and was born on September 1, 1999. Her mother is Mary Ann Malveda, a

housewife, and her father is Martin Martino, a driver. She finished her elementary

schooling at the age of 11 at Balakikong Elementary School, and for her high school, she

finished at Wenceslao Trinidad National High School.

The proponent IVY LOBINO is a resident of Nasugbu. She is 23 years old and

was born on October 22, 1998. She has 2 kids named princess and jacob, her husband

named Marvin Alegre. She finished her Elementary in Aga Elementary School, for her

High School she graduated in Banilad National High School.

The Proponent JOHN CHRISTOPHER TEANO, he is resident in Amuyong

Alfonso, Cavite, he is 21 years old was born on May 3, 2001,his mother named Rowena

Teano , a housewife and his father is Almarion Teano, a jeepney driver, He finished his

Eementary in Amuyong Elementary School , he finished High school in Tagaytay , City

National High School and lastly he finish Senior in Olivarez College Tagaytay. He

graduated with honors during his high school days, and one of the best varsity teams in

Tagaytay won a lot of competitions in basketball. He finished her elementary schooling at

San Adriano Elementary School, and in high school she graduated from Pansol National

High School.

Marketing Aspect Summary

This chapter discusses the marketing condition of the business and the company's

target market. The proposed business product is chocolate spread and is located at JP. Rizal

Galicia Street, Mendez, Cavite. Marketing aspects aim to reach the total demand and attract

customers. includes the general marketing conditions, competitor analysis, and target

market conditions.

Technical Aspect summary

This chapter is one of the essentials of the study; it discusses the factors that respond

to the image of the product and the technicalities and structure of the business. This

includes the equipment, utilities, source of supplies, furniture, and fixtures that we use in

operating the business. Also, the important aspect which are the location of the business,

project site, production process and layout. Describe how the products will be made, how

much the cost of making the products.

Organizational and Management Aspect of Summary

This chapter talks about the mission and vision that would reflect on the business

and the personnel involved in it. And explain the type of business organization,

organizational structure, personnel requirements, job descriptions and positions in the

business, and job qualifications that are needed to run the business. Its purpose is to define

a business's legal and corporate structure. Professional background information on the

business founders and principals, including the qualities they can bring to an organization,

are also included in an organizational feasibility study.

Financial Aspect Summary

This chapter is an important part of the study because it analyzes the financial

viability of the proposed business. All the proposed businesses are considered viable if they

are expected to be profitable. This covers a variety of factors, including start-up capital,

expenses, revenues, and investor income and expenses. The basic financial study will

benefit from the data from other parts of a complete feasibility study. This chapter talks

about the total project cost, financial assumption, financial position, financing scheme,

statement of cash, and ratio.

Socio - Economic Aspect Summary

Every business should also consider its relationship to the economy and not only

its ability to earn profit. This chapter concerns the relationships among the government,

community, economy, society, and even the environment. A business goal should

contribute to the welfare of the economy in order to achieve growth and have a good image.
