BSc Degree in Public Health Officer and MPH in Health System and Project Management with six years of
experience as PHCU-Directors in governmental health facility. My education, training and ample experience
have significantly fitted to this position if given to me an opportunity healthier to develop practical
methodologies such as theories of project and health services management including project monitoring and
evaluation. Hence, I was certified by WCEA and PHAO-E is branded to me on Water, Sanitation and Hygiene
this stayed strong understanding a personal level therefore I provide technical assistance, meanwhile of gross
experience on community mobilization in addition to that I have valuable insight into understanding major
government and regional policies. Ability to multiple work streams, furtherly, I obtained invaluable opportunities
to interact with the wider society, that equipped to develop team working and communication skills.

All of these experiences and others have set me up for strong team collaboration and flexible negotiation skills on
the job. As a Health System and Project Management, I have extensive understanding on Emergency
Project Managements this will be apply on Hygiene and sanitation and my paper for the fulfillment of MPH
research was done on health services accessibility which makes me highly familiar with WaSH related health
issues in Gambella. Based on my education and overall experience I will bring a high degree of professionalism
and efficiency to this position. I am a very compassionate, caring out responsibility and I would be honored to
