Fundashon Marshe
Ms. Roxanne de Leeuw
Willemstad, Curaçao
First I would like to thank you for accepting this proposal from Trinity
Incorporated for helping and engaging entrepreneurs to being a better
entrepreneur by seeking and creating their own opportunity to shine. Because
we are convinced of our experience, innovative way of doing business and
competence, I offer you this proposal .
In the past years TrinInc has organized similar activities for JCI, in order to
empower the members of this organization to move forward in their personal
development and professional career. We do this because we believe in
developing people and through this process help them help others to reach
greater heights.
We hope that with this proposal, but even more due to our conviction, that we
can help you and the entrepreneurs reach a higher level, that we can be of
service to you.
Sincerely,

Method.
The way we empower people is by engaging and involving them. This method is called
Experiential Learning. By applying this method in business, we can internalize that
what needs to be adapted and make it part of our daily habits to be even more
successful in our businesses. During this event, EACH participant will have the
opportunity to provide service by showcasing, marketing and selling themselves and
their product(s).

2) Another stakeholder that will benefit from this event and partnership. For the
Ministry of Economic Development (MEO) there is a great benefit. A Democratic
Dialogue has been organized and the outcome was that at the Sha
Caprilleskade(SCK) the floating market had to stay with the boats from
Venezuela. Due to the closure of the frontier with Venezuela, SCK has been
quiet for some time now. By doing this combined activity, MEO also can
showcase on 2 of their main pillars which are:
A) Innovation
B) Entrepreneurship
3) In doing this combined event, it will be an innovation in how to use SCK other
than for just the floating market and you will be doing this by providing
entrepreneurs the opportunity to be an entrepreneur. Especially for the ones
that are not familiar with all what MEO has to offer on doing business, this will
be a great opportunity to getting to know this.
4) Seeing that Fundashon Marshe wants to assess what the effect of the BETH-
Market is, this event will give them a great opportunity to see if what has been
expressed during the focus group sessions, is implementable. If so, the
investment for the BETH will be more cost effective and a greater group of
entrepreneurs will be created and heled, while the general public can enjoy
what they have to offer. If not, Fundashon Marshe will have input based on
facts, if they have to continue or innovate the BETH-Market concept.
The event
The event itself will be that on December 12th, 2019 from 18.00-22.00, SCK will be
used by local vendors to sell their products. There are 30 stands thus at least 30
vendors can participate in this event. The vendors can sell food, beverages, art,
clothes, etc. etc. We will facilitate the process of getting the necessary permits for the
day, portable toilets, music etc. etc. A few information sessions will be held in order for
people to know what is expected of them and where they can go for extra assistance.
From 16.00 the vendors will have the opportunity to start the setup of their stands for
the event.
The requirements for the vendors will be the same as for the BETH market, seeing that
SCK is under the supervision of Fundashon Marshe.

Marketing
November we will start a combined marketing campaign to inform the community
about this event. This will give at least 18 other vendors the opportunity to sign up.
The reason for this being that we have 12 vendors confirmed for this day already.
When the vendors sign up we will show case what they will be offering that day.
Also we will be focusing on getting the local community to come to Punda to enjoy this
event and see what opportunities lies for the SCK.
We will also be promoting the event at some other local events that are geared on the
entrepreneurs that are potential new users of the location of SCK.
