Dear Keith Corpuz,

Re: Letter of Agreement for Training and Supply Services

This Letter of Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between CEBACS and Keith Corpuz on
October 23, 2023. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of our working relationship.

1. Scope of Services

a. Keith Corpuz agrees to provide training services to Cheerdance Participants of CEBACS.

b. Keith Corpuz agrees to supply the necessary costume, music, and props required for the final
performance of Cheer Dance.

2. Term:

This Agreement shall commence on October 23, 2023 and remain in effect for a period of
October 23-27, 2023 unless terminated by both parties.

3. Compensation:

a. Trainer shall be compensated.

b. Supplier shall be compensated as per the payment terms.

4. Delivery and Inspection:

a. Keith Corpuz will conduct training sessions at the location and on the dates specified by
CEBACS.

b. Keith Corpuz shall ensure that the required training, music, and props are available and in
proper working order for each training session.

5. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information
shared during the course of this Agreement.

6. Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a
material term of this Agreement or for other valid reasons.

7. Governing Law:

This Agreement is governed by the laws.

8. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement contains the complete understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior
and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

Please acknowledge your agreement to the terms and conditions of this Agreement by signing
and returning a copy of this letter. We look forward to a successful collaboration.
