I. PROPERTY SURVEYS

i. RELOCATION SURVEY
Residential Lots: P10,000.00 per sub-lot of four (4) corners (Minimum Charge)
ADD: P1,000.00 per corner in excess of four (4) corners.

Agricultural Lots: P25,000.00 for the first (1st) hectare (Minimum Charge)
ADD: P10,000.00 for every additional hectare or fraction thereof.

Commercial/ Industrial Lots:


RURAL – P50,000.00 per lot
URBAN – P75, 000.00 per lot
NOTE: If Relocation Survey Plan is for approval at DENR, add 30% of the total cost.

ii. SUBDIVISION / CONSOLIDATION-SUBDIVISION SURVEY


Residential areas of lots containing not more than 1,000 sq.m.
Agricultural areas of lots containing more than 1,000 sq.m.

iii. MEMORIAL PARK SURVEY


P1,500.00 per lot with a minimum of 10 lots. (Minimum charge is P15,000.00)
ADD: P1,000 per lot after the minimum of 10 lots.
P12,000.00 per block layout (Minimum Charge)

iv. ORIGINAL SURVEY (PSU, MSI, FLI, FIS)


P50,000.00 for the first ONE (1.0) hectare

Total survey Fee shall be in no case be less than P50,000.00 per survey work.

NOTE: Legwork and Representation Expeb=nses in securing Survey Authority from CENRO is not
included in the above cost.

v. RE-SURVEY (RS) & CONVERSION SURVEY (CVN)


P50,000.00 for the first 1 hectare
ADD: 25,000.00 for every additional hectare of fraction thereof
PLUS: Actual Field Expenses
Total survey Fee shall be in no case be less than P50,000.00 per survey work.

NOTE: Legwork and Representation Expenses in securing Survey Authority from


CENRO is not included in the above cost.

vi. ADVANCE PLAN (AP)


P30,000.00 per plan (Preparation of Plan for approval with NO ground Relocation Survey)

vii. SPECIAL PLAN (SP) for Special Patent Purposes


P50,000.00 for the first (1st) hectare (Minimum Charge)
ADD: P15,000.00 for every additional hectare in excess of 1.0 hectare of fraction thereof.
PLUS: actual Field Expenses
Total survey fee shall be in no case be less than P50,000.00 per survey work.

II. CONSTRUCTION / ENGINEERING SURVEYS


i. TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY
P30,000 for the first (1st) hectare or fraction thereof
ADD: P15,000.00 per hectare in excess of one (1) hectare or fraction thereof.
NOTE: Above-cost is for assumed datum only

ii. HYDROGRAPHIC SURVEY


P60,000 for the first (1st) hectare or fraction thereof
ADD: P30,000.00 per hectare in excess of (1) hectare

iii. ROUTE SURVEY (at every 20-m stationing)


(1) Horizontal Control / Centerline Alignment
P80,000.00 for the first (1st) kilometer or less
ADD: P40,000.00 per kilometer for the succeeding kilometer or a fraction
thereof

(2) Vertical Control / Profile Levelling


P60,000.00 for the first (1st) kilometer or less
ADD: P30,000.00 per kilometer for the succeeding kilometer or a fraction
thereof

(3) Cross-sectioning (15 m bothways from the road centerline)


P50,000.00 for the first (1st) kilometer or less
ADD: P30,000.00 per kilometer for the succeeding kilometer or a fraction
thereof

iv. AS-BUILT SURVEY (Structural/Facilities/Utilities Mapping)


P20,000.00 per lot (Residential Lot)
P50,000.00 per lot (Commercial/Industrial)
ADD: P20,000.00 per hectare of fraction thereof in excess of 1 hectare

P15,000.00 per plan for one (1) lot only

3. Geodetic Engineer’s Conformity on Building Permit Application/Engineering


Plan
P3,000.00 for residential Building Permit Application
P6,000.00 for commercial/industrial site Permit Application / Engineering plan

4. Court Appearance
P10,000.00 per schedule appearance
ADD: Travelling and other expenses from transportation, research, preparation,
exhibits, printing, accommodation, etc.

5. Court Appointed Commissioner/Surveyor

P60,000 for residential lots (minimum charge)


P100,000.00 for Commercial/Industrial lot (minimum charge)
