Re: WARN Notice of Layoff and Branch Closure

Dear Sir or Madam:

I am writing on behalf of Sunrun Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries, including but not
limited to Sunrun Installation Services Inc. (collectively, “Sunrun”) to give you notice that
there will be a layoff for 62 San Diego County based employees which triggers California
and/or federal WARN obligations. This layoff is expected to be permanent. The branches
located at 1225 Park Center Drive, Vista CA 92801 and 1330 30th St, Suite G, San Diego
CA 92154 will remain open, but the branch located at 8090 Arjons Dr, San Diego, CA
92126 will be closing. The expected date of the first separation is January 13, 2024.

All affected employees will be timely notified of their separation dates and that their
separation from employment will be permanent. Those employees are expected to be
separated from employment on January 13, 2024. Bumping rights do not exist.

layoff, along with the anticipated schedule for job losses:
