TO ENCHANCE THE SUSTAINABILITY,
RESILIENCE, AND WELL-BEING FOR BOTH
RURAL AND URBAN COMMUNITIES.A

INITIAL PRESENTATION
Before we come up with the final thesis
title, we proposed three different topics to
know what topic will be more suitable for
us.The three proposed project was a fashion
hub. evacuation center and the agricultural
business hub.After the title presentation we
presented it with a basic overview to the
project together with a design concept,
organizations and non organization related to
the project.
SITE SELECTION
After the title presentation, we proposed 3
different locations that will be suitable for
our project Agricultual business hub. The
three locations was Rizal, Laguna and
Batangas all of these three sites was suitable
for the topic because the land type and the
connections with different cities and
municipalities. after the presentation with
our thesis adviser we advised that choose
the most closest to us not to make it easy
for us but to gather the information quickly.
PRELIM PRESENTATION
Due to some instances we didn't have a
chance to present in prelim presentation for
lacking of gathering information and due to
moving of schedule. The scope of prelim
presentation was the schematic design plans
of the proposed topic, building technology
and structural concepts.
MIDTERM PRESENTATION
Our midterm presentation together with last
endorsement we presented out initial
concept board with 2 professors to checked
if we make a good board. We presented
building technology, building materials,
o
arcitectural techonoly.

FINAL DEFENSE
On the day of July 08, 2023 the final defense
was held. The panelist are Ar. Jared Menor,
Ar. Charmain Obligado and Mr, Chritian
James Gamba. The presentation went well
the panelist liked the proposed project. the
presentation only last for 15 minutes
presentation. Furthermore, the comments of
panelist about our project was to improved
more the scale model and focus more on
details.
