RESOLUTION NO. 01
SERIES OF 2023

A RESOLUTION ON the official List of Voting Members

WHEREAS, transparency and inclusivity are fundamental principles of the Student

Government Council (SGC) at Palomoc National High School,

Whereas, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date official list of voting members is essential
for fair representation and effective governance,

Be it resolved, that the SGC officially recognizes the importance of providing access to the
official list of voting members to promote openness and understanding within the student
body.

Further resolved, that the official list of voting members shall be made available to all
active members of the Student Government Council, including elected representatives and
appointed officers.

Be it further resolved, that the release of the official list of voting members shall be
conducted in compliance with all applicable privacy laws and regulations, and measures
shall be taken to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Be it further resolved, that the Secretary of the Student Government Council is tasked
with overseeing the proper distribution of the official list of voting members and updating it
regularly to reflect any changes in the membership.
