A Letter of Recommendation
I am writing to recommend Miss. Santina Chifor for admission into your engineering undergraduate
program at the California Institute of Technology. Miss. Santina Chifor had been an intern at Hardware
Innovation Valley Community for 2 years. During her stay with us at the workshop, she performed
among the top 1% of all our interns.

I personally taught her 3d design and modelling, circuit PCB boards design on protuse, automation of
mechanical system using microcontrollers and sensors, project ideation and prototyping.

Throughout the training, she was the best of all the students, and I assigned her to lead some of the
projects. I was amazed to find out she does not only execute the projects correctly but also makes sure
everyone in the group understands what is being done by creating time to revise with them what has been
taught. Despite being a woman, she stood up and took on the challenge.

I personally find her to be innovative; what seems overbearing to her classmates is not challenge to her;
she always tries to be ahead of her mates by thinking ahead, most often bringing innovative design ideas
for discussion. Miss Santina Chifor is a respectful, collaborative and interactive person. She demonstrated
this characteristic in the group projects I had assign to them, and she shows a lot of interest in learning
and especially working in groups with her classmates.
I would therefore strongly recommend Miss. Santina Chifor for further studies into your prestigious
institution.
