POSSESSION LETTER

I, SANJIV KAPUR, son of Late Satish Kumar Kapur, Nationality – Indian, residing at
Pioneer Araya, The 54, Flat No. D-2202, CRPF Road, Near Golf Course Extension
Road, Sector-62, PO - Crpf Kadarpur,, District- Gurgaon, Haryana – 122098 being
the Vendor in respect ALL THAT Flat No. A-4 on the South West side of the Fourth
floor of the (G+10) building named “APSARA APARTMENT”, measuring about 1378
sq. ft. super built up area. comprising of 3 Bed Rooms, Living/Dining, 3 Toilets,
Kitchen, 1 Verandah together with a covered Car Parking Space, demarcated as
23/A-4 on the ground floor and a servant quarter on the fourth floor Mid-landing
East side lying and situated at Premises no. 67(now A/67/4A), Park Street PS-Park
Street, Kolkata-700016, Assessement no. 140633900826, together with all casement
rights to path, ways, sewers, privileges, lateral and vertical supports, right of
passage in common, electricity, telephone, water, through pipes, cases, wires, drain
or any connector lying or being under through or over the said Building staircase
and staircase landing, overhead water tank, lifts and all other facilities as are
available or to be made available in the said Building named “APSARA
APARTMENT” and transferred the same absolutely in favour of you vide Registered
Deed of Conveyance dated 02.01.2024 registered before the office of the A. R. A. –I,
Kolkata being Deed No. _______________ for the year 2024 at a total consideration of
Rs. 1,70,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore and Seventy Lakhs) only and from the
execution of the said Deed of Conveyance I hereby deliver vacant khas possession of
the above mentioned flat to you.
