RE: ADMISSION TO BACHELOR DEGREE IN PROJECT PLANNING AND

MANAGEMENT FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2023/2024

I am pleased to inform you that you have been selected to join Bachelor Degree in Project Planning and
Management for the academic year 2023/2024.
You are expected to arrive at the Institute for registration on Saturday 21St October, 2023. The latest
date for reporting is Friday 3rd November 2023.
On arrival at the Institute, please bring with you the following items:-
1. Original Certificates of your academic qualifications or valid result slip
2. Original Birth Certificate
3. Annual fee; 1,230,000/= to all programmes (except Bachelor Degree in Urban and Regional
Planning) are paid in the following installments:
I. Semester I, during registration 400,000/= and 265,000/= before end of Semester
Examinations
II. Semester II, during registration 300,000/= and 265,000/= before end of Semester
Examinations
4. Tuition fee for Bachelor Degree in Urban and Regional Planning is TZS 1,500,000/= paid in the
following installments:
I. Semester I, during registration 500,000/= and 300,000/= before the end of Semester
Examinations
II. Semester II, during registration 400,000/= and 300,000/= before the end of Semester
Examinations
5. Medical Health Insurance Fee TZS 50,400/= or NHIF membership card
6. Medical Checkup Fee Tsh. 5,000/=
7. Accommodation fee Tsh. 350,000/= per year
8. Students have to incur costs of meals, accommodation, books and stationery and practical work.
Registration will only be made to candidates who meet all the above requirements (1 - 5).
Accommodation for students who will need it will be made by consulting MISAB during the registration
process

Note:
I. All payments will be made through control numbers which will be provided during registration.
II. For HESLB beneficiaries, Tuition fee payments will depend on the percent of loan allocated

Students are strongly advised to bring clothes that are acceptable based on the Government
dressing code. Disciplinary action will be taken (including suspension or discontinuation from studies)
