nominating. We recommend that you align your write-up answers to the following
criteria for judging:

Achievements - What are the remarkable milestones that the development has achieved or
is targetting to achieve?
Challenges & Solutions - What are the biggest challenges that the developer encountered
facilitating the project? What solutions were implemented to overcome these challenges.
How will the developer be able to navigate through industry and company challenges?
Innovation - What are the unique innovations of the development? How is it different from
other developments in the country?
For Developer of the Year category:
Achievements - What are the remarkable milestones that the company recently achieved?
Challenges & Solutions - What are the biggest challenges that the company encountered
and what solutions were implemented to overcome these challenges?
Innovation - What are the unique innovations that the company introduced to substantially
boost the its business?

For Project/Initiative categories:

Uniqueness & Innovation - Has the project/initiative introduced new or cutting-edge
innovation?
Effectiveness & Impact - Did the project/initiative achieve its objectives and targets? What
measures have been used to assess its success? What was the impact to your company and
industry?
Dynamism - Is the project/initiative flexible to changes and progressive opportunities?
For CEO of the Year category:
Achievements - What remarkable milestones did the company achieve under the CEO's
leadership?
Challenges & Solutions - What are the biggest challenges that the CEO encountered in
moving the company forward? What solutions were implemented to overcome these
challenges?
Innovation - What are the unique and innovative initiatives that the CEO introduced to
substantially boost the company's business?

Notes:
There's no limit on the number of pages and words for your write-up, but what we
recommend is to make it concise and highlight important information that you think
will be helpful for the judges to know.
HOW CAN I SUBMIT MY NOMINATION?
STEP 4
Go to the online nomination form.
Fill out the form with details about company and entrant.
Choose your category.
Provide the project title and 500-word write-up.
Choose the winners package your will take up should you win an award
You will then receive an email confirmation from Real Estate Asia Awards team shortly after
your nomination has been received.
We require three mid-resolution project photos to be sent to julie@charltonmediamail.com.
Should you wish to send supporting documents to substantiate your entry, please send them
over on or before 15 March 2024 to julie@charltonmediamail.com.
The supporting documents must be in pdf, power point and/or jpg format; Google drive,
Youtube.com or Vimeo.com links must be provided if you are sending supporting videos.

In the event of technical difficulty in accessing the online nomination form, a nomination form in pdf

The Real Estate Asia Awards is organised by the Real

Estate Asia, the industry magazine serving Asia’s dynamic
real estate industry.

Editorial is composed of features, people profiles, analyses,

and sector reports relevant to the commercial, industrial,
retail, hotel, residential and mixed-use real estate
companies in Asia. Each section blends the right amount of
industry talk, inside information and insight, and columns.

Much of the coverage is driven from the key real estate

hubs of Hong Kong and
Singapore and supplemented by relevant reporting from
the region.

No other platform covers such breadth of information for today’s real estate leader.

Real Estate Asia is printed annually with a total circulation of 5,000 copies per issue.
