    Sir:
    Please be informed that my public prosecutor is positive for COVID-19. Our last contact with him
    was a week ago (January 8, 2021) when we had many cases scheduled for trial wherein he conducted
    direct and cross examinations. He is presently on isolation due to presence of all symptoms of the virus.
    May I be allowed to order a lockdown of our branch (RTC Br. 260) one (1) week starting on Monday so
    that we can have self-quarantine.

    Rest assured that cases scheduled during the period shall be taken care of accordingly. I hasten
    to add that the local government has scheduled a swab test for all my staff and myself on Monday.
