    Adobe Issues – Solution

    1. Search “Control panel” and open it.

    2. Select “System and Security”.

    3. Select “Windows Defender Firewall”.

    4. Select “Advanced Settings”.

    5. Select “Inbound Rules”.

    6. Click “New Rule…” at the Actions Panel.

    7. Select “Program” and click “Next”.

    8. Click “Browse”.
    9. Find the application at C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 2023

    10. Select the application and click “Open”. Please select the app with problems
    11. Click “Next”. only. If your photoshop got problems,
    then please select photoshop.

    12. Select “Block the connection” and click “Next”.


    13. Click “Next”.

    14. Put any name and click “Finish”.

    15. Select “Outbound Rules”.

    16. Repeat Step 6 to Step 14.


    17. Done.
