PROCESSING
The production process is carried out well according to predetermined procedures, the production process
is directly supervised by quality control to ensure employees continue to work well throughout the process.
Products that have been put into the vacuum pack will be vacuumed and sealed before being frozen with
alcohol brine, the vacuum and seal tool is functioning properly, QC will carry out regular checks to ensure
the vacuum and seal results are good, there are no leaks.

PERSONAL HYGIENE
Personal hygiene is carried out every 30 minutes, every time the bell rings, employees will sanitize the
equipment used and wash their hands and aprons.
SPECIFICATION CHECK
Monitoring of specification to make sure that product meet the standard, (Length = 5 - 6.5cm, Width = 2.5 -
3cm), I also check the label (2025/12/31), monitoring of product including the vacuum and seal, make sure
that there's no vacuum leak

MONITORING OF CHLORINE
The process of chlorine monitoring I found that there's chlorine concentration that doesn't meet the
standard so I give a warn to the QC to re-check and do the corrective action
Chlorine the employee used for slice doesn't meet the standars, I found that the concentration is only
50ppm, the standard is 100ppm, after I investigated the employee using the water from the tank, and the
concentration doesn't meet the standard, so we fixed both the tray and the tank
found the concentration that used for kiriotoshi doesn't meet the standard so I ask the employee to change
the chlorine water until 200ppm
