AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING
I, ALYSSA VALDEZ, of legal age, Filipino, with postal address at Blk
13, Magaling Street, Santa Mesa, Manila after having been sworn in
accordance with the law hereby depose and state that:
1. That I am the accused in Crim Case No. 5698 for Estafa before
Regional Trial Court Branch 25, Manila City;
2. That I posted a cash band of 10,000 with the Clerk of Court Comma
RTC Branch 25, Manila City for my provisional liberty;
3. That I hereby bind myself to appear and be present at all stages of trial
of the above-entitled case when duly notified, failing which, the court
may declare me to have waived my rights to be present during the trial
and the trial in absentia may proceed.
