Sub : PROPOSAL FOR VM CONSULTANT

SCOPE OF WORK
> Shall make Diamond VM team for Coimbatore & Madurai Stores by selecting competent persons
from the existing team to handle VM perspective.
>The selected and trained executives will be oriented in such a way that they will own every aspect
of VM of Diamond section, communicate and get it implemented to drive organic growth in Diamond
Jewellery sales.
>Monthly VM audit will take place. Every month 5 days will be allotted for each store. This routine follow
up will make us to understand whether our initiatives are properly implemented or Brand & Mark to
give more attention towards specific issues.
>Routine Sales Training Programme (STP): A basic psychological sales training will be conducted by
Brand & Mark to help them recognise buyer potential and thus lead to sale closer.
>Conceptualise different promotions and window displays to attract more walk in.
>Signage & Branding layouts will be planned for the stores & developing new fixtures for displays.
>Responsible for maintaining & mounting the in-store experience and brand image through display
changes at various customer interface points like store staff, window displays and ambiance.
>Communicate with VM executives to study store viability, design store layouts fit-out coordination.
>Create VM calendar to monitor the spent Vs budget earmarked.
>To closely monitor all store's set up pictures and give regular feedback so as to maintain store
standardisation at any point in time.
>Sourcing vendors, materials and execution partners to support VM concept execution across retail
touch points at all stores.
>New graphics & visual communications will be developed in relation to the merchandise displayed.

AGREEMENT TERMS.
This will constitute a three months agreement between Thangamayi Jewellery Ltd. and Brand & Mark
for routine Visual merchandising and Training Consultant

During this period, Brand & Mark. agrees to devote up to 130 hours per month on assignments
to be determined by The Client. Work will normally be performed at the office of Brand & Mark.,
Coimbatore. but five days of every month Agency Personals will be present at the prescribed stores
as per management Instructions. Work priority and scheduling will be at the discretion of The Client.
Work will normally occur between the hours of 9.30am to 5pm on weekdays.

Any expenses exclusive of normal overhead are not included in this agreement and will be
invoiced separately. Example of such expenses are : VM Material purchase, Stock Photo Purchase ,
Event Coordination ,Travel and accomodation delivery services, any display materials and all other
material purchase in consultation with the client.

All materials furnished by Thangamayil will remain the property of Thangamayil and will be returned
upon request, or not more than 10 days from the termination of this agreement. The results of any and
all work performed by Brand & Mark. for Thangamayil, will remain the property of the Thangamayil and
may use this material in any way deemed appropriate. The term of this Agreement shall continue until
terminated by either Brand & Mark. or Thangamayil upon 60 days prior written notice. In case of
termination, Brand & Mark. shall make a reasonable attempt to finish work in progress

Payment for these services will be to Brand & Mark. as mentioned below, will be made on 30th or 31st
day of running month that this agreement is in force.
