NARRATIVE REPORT
Manila welcomed us with open arms as our journey began at Art in Islands. The
magic of art came alive through projectors and timeless paintings like the Mona Lisa,
captivating us all. We felt like part of the art, interacting with every exhibit—a captivating
start to our adventure. The hustle and bustle of Manila’s modernity met a touch of vintage
charm at the Venice Grand Canal Mall. Tall, old-fashioned buildings against a backdrop
of contemporary architecture made it an extraordinary sight. Who’d expect a river winding
through a mall? It was a discovery that etched itself in our memories. Amidst the joy of
seeing various animals, there was a poignant moment at Manila Zoo. We missed Mali,
the elephant, realizing she was no longer there. Still, exploring the zoo’s diverse habitats
and capturing snapshots was an enriching experience. As the day bid adieu, Luneta Park
gifted us an unforgettable sunset. Cameras clicked, capturing the golden hour, while the
dancing fountain dazzled us with its elegance. It was a perfect finale to our Manila
escapade.
Manila wasn’t just a city tour; it was a medley of emotions. Each place unveiled its
unique charm, from the artistry at Art in Islands to the unexpected surprises at every
corner. Despite the bittersweet moment at the zoo, the beauty of the sunset and the
mesmerizing fountain dance at Luneta Park painted a vivid picture of our incredible
journey. This trip wasn’t just about sightseeing; it was about creating cherished memories
that we’ll carry with us for years to come.
