Product name : Gulai Sauce

Description :
Gulai is an Indonesian traditional cuisine with that resembles soup with thick consistency.
It is rich in taste that comes from a lot of spices, such as onion, garlic, chilli pepper,
turmeric, and ginger. The main ingredients could be various type of meat, such as poultry,
goat meat, beef, and mutton. It could also contains vegetables such as cassava leaves,
unripe jackfruit, and banana stem.
For some people, eating gulai is a remedy because it reminds them of the taste from the
home country, especially Indonesian people in foreign countries. However, cooking gulai
is a bit tricky, because of the many ingredients used, and sometimes the ingredients are
hard to find. Therefore, the production of industrial gulai sauce that can be stored for a
long time and can be eaten immediately could be an answer to this problem.
