THE CID would report to you the accomplishments for the past week from
June 20-25, 2022.

1. JUNE 20-24, 2022 --All EPSvrs conducted the CHECKING OF FORMS in all
Congressional Areas together with our partners coming from the ALS &
Planning Unit. Some schools were able to submit their Diplomas &
CERTIFICATES OF COMPLETION for signature to the SDS Office.

2. June 25, 2022 - All EPSvrs & EPSAs were able to monitor the conduct of
QUARTER 4 PORTFOLIO DAY in their area of assignment.

3. EPS Gina P. Diloy – provided TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE to STA CRUZ &

ASTORGA NHS on their application for ADDITIONAL STRANDS

4. OIC PSDS OLIVIA P. MANASIS-(1) Joined the Regional Monitoring &

Evaluation of Private Schools last June 24, 2022. FEAST OF ST. JOHN

5. EPS JOY ARIAS & EPSA TABARNERO-(1) Conducted ALS Learning Session
Observations in the Utilization of NEW MODULES (2)Attended UNESCO
Training with ALS Teachers and Learners (3) EPSAs-having an On going
Presentation of Portfolio, Final Assessment & REVALIDA
