    FLOW CHART OF 18th ANNUAL CONCERT- DAY 2-ON 16.12.

    1. Guests arrive at 5.30 PM
    2. Guest seated 5.45 PM
    3. Program commences at 6:00 PM
    4. MOC begins
    5. MOC hands over to Head girl and Head boy
    6. Welcome speech by Head girl [HG] and Head boy [HB]
    7. HG & HB will invite Chairman Sir and the dignitaries to come on stage for lamp
    lighting.
    8. Lamp lighting along with the prayer song - Live Singing.(Mrs.Jaimini)
    9. HG & HB request for the Principal to speak.{Appreciation of teachers, teachers will
    be invited on stage}
    10. Principal invite the Academic Director for academic achievement- Academic
    Achievers are called on stage.
    11. HG & HB will thank the Academic Director & dignitaries. {The dignitaries step
    down the stage.}
    12. HG & HB will request - Chairman Sir's speech.
    13. HG & HB will thank Chairman Sir and hand over to the MOC
