COMMUNICATION PLAN
NOTIFICATION OF FAMILY/PARENT OR GUARDIAN OF THE CONCERNED LEARNER(S)

Involved Stakeholders Required Action

 If the learner was identified as a close

contact of a person positive in COVID-
19, the adviser will call the
parent/guardian informing the situation.
 Upon the arrival of the parent/guardian,
the clinic in charge will explain the
situation of their son or daughter.
 The clinic in charge will give all the
Immediate family/parents or guardian necessary details about home
of the concerned learner/s quarantine and when is the appropriate
time for the learner to come back to
school.
 The clinic in charge will also inform the
parent/guardian that the contact tracing
team of the school will continue to
communicate with them during and
after the quarantine period of their son
or daughter to ensure their safety.
 If ever the immediate family/parent or
guardian of the concerned learner is
not responding on call or text, the
contact tracing team will ask for help
from the local health authorities.
 The representative of the local health
authorities will fetch the learner to the
school and bring him/her to their house.
She/he will also inform the parents of
the learners about his/her situation and
discuss all the necessary things related
to the situation.
