 PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITION

1. Payment: one-month rent should be paid in advance and this advance will be deducted from your
final statement.
2. Invoice: Every month invoice will be raised & it should be fully paid within 15 Days.
3. Transportation: will be your responsibility from our Store to your site and return back to store.
4. Delivery time: 7-10 days from receiving advance payment & date of P.O & signing contract.
5. Starting rent: rent will be start from the date of delivery of material from our store and it will be
stopped on the date of return of material to same store.
6. Once material delivered minimum one-month rent will be charged, after one-month we will
charge as per day.
7. Erection is your responsibility.
8. Lost items: Any Lost or Damage of material will be back charged with current unit sale price.
9. Lifting material: A Crane and forklift facility to be provided to lift & transfer material from one
location to the other (internal movement within the site) is costumer responsibility. Manlift for
Erection of Suspended Scaffolding. Materials transportation to erection area is customer
responsibility.
10. Other terms & Conditions will be finalized at the time of signing the contract.
11. Validity of quotation 10-days from the date of quotation.
12. Only authorized person can handle all activity with us as like Signing Contract, Material receiving /
delivery & all payment transactions.
13. Required chamber of Commerce & C.R. Copy.
14. VAT: There will be 15% Added for each Invoice according to VAT Regulations inside Saudi Arabian
Kingdom
15. Above prices doesn’t include any design package and if required it’ll be charged with 10,000 SAR
per each drawings package.
