Power Build Private Ltd warrants that the equipment supplied is free from any manufacturing
defects (faulty design, faulty workmanship or inferior quality of material) which will remain valid
for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from the date of dispatch
from the works,whichever is earlier. During this period, PBPL will rectify or replace at its own
cost, any part or the whole equipment, if it is found to be defective after inspection by PBPL. This
limited warranty is void if the equipment is subjected to abuse, neglect, improper storage and repair,
improper maintenance,alteration, modification (except if certified by PBPL), any accident or other
abnormal, excessive or improper use. The warranty excludes damage resulting from normal wear and
tear, or any kind of incidental or consequential losses. Damage resulting from improper assembly or
maintenance or from installation of part and accessories not compatible with PBL products is not
covered. The warranty also excludes the products that are made as per design provided by the
customer. This is a computergenerated certificate and requires no signature.
