PLANNING CONTENT
When you are planning out content the most
important thing is having a consistent idea strategy.
First we are going to go over how to gather those
ideas. Then how to sift through them. Then finally
how to actually script your content

A lot of these people you

see do not give this much
away for FREE. I really just
want to show you guys that
you do not need to search
for hours and hours to find
a solid content strategy. All
you need is the right
knowledge and some
guidance!

PLANNING CONTENT - GATHER IDEAS

1. CHAT GPT

USE THE SCRIPTS AND INPUT THEM INTO

TO CHAT GPT

PROMPTS

Explain to me [X AMOUNT] of misconceptions in [NICHE]

Explain to me [X AMOUNT] of problems, issues, and pain points that [NICHE] faces

Explain to me [X AMOUNT] common misbeliefs [NICHE]

04
PLANNING CONTENT - GATHER IDEAS

2. TEASER METHOD
WHAT IS IT?
This method helps you expand upon your ideas and potentially
turn 1 piece of content into 6… However I suggest selecting 1-3
TEASER method systems to run 1 idea through. Then posting it
on all of the social media systems/platforms

T - TREND
Plug your content into a popular trend on that platform

E - EDUCATIONAL
Do a how to video and keep it informational

A - ASPIRATIONAL
Make it seems inspirational and that it is something they can
also achieve

S - STORY
Tell a good story about your topic using good storytelling

E - ENTERTAINMENT
Take a comedy or some type of meme route o deliver your
information

R - RESULTS
Show real numbers and proof of concept behind what you are
saying.

05
PLANNING CONTENT - GATHER IDEAS

3. CHECK THE TOP 3 CREATORS

IN YOUR NICHE

FIRST

You want to identify your niche and the top 3 creators that are
killing it with ORGANIC content. To know if it is a real
account watch out for this…
At minimum 1 percent engagement on the post (if it has
100 views it has 1 comment like and share)
Check the accounts followers, if they have them hidden
and barely any posts on their page, but somehow have 1
million followers it’s fake
Check out the content and make sure that its matches up
to their follower count

06
PLANNING CONTENT - GATHER IDEAS

3. CHECK THE TOP 3 CREATORS

IN YOUR NICHE

NEXT

Now that you have the 3 best creators of your niche, here's
what to do.

1) For Instagram videos, use viralfindr.com to find their top 3

videos. You'll get all the data you need about their content

2) For Tiktok videos, use Fastmoss.com

07
PLANNING CONTENT - GATHER IDEAS

3. CHECK THE TOP 3 CREATORS

IN YOUR NICHE

FINAL
Once you have the content, reverse engineer it by using this
steps

Study all the hook points and visual hooks in the videos and
note them down
Watch the information/value they give to their viewers and
note the videos that won to possibly use later or build upon
Study how their Calls to Action push you to do what they
want (A follow, a call link, a course, a coaching program, etc)
Now that you know THEIR winning strategy, apply it to
YOUR content

08
PLANNING CONTENT - SIFTING

2 WAYS TO SIFT

ASKING YOUR PEERS

YOUR FRIENDS SUCK kinda…

Not all your friends are qualified to tell you if it is good or not…
If you have friends that also create content (surround yourself with
people that have similar interests and are preferably ahead of you)
read them off your hook or have them judge your videos. This is
especially good if your niche is centered around helping content
creators b/c they are your target audience

NUMBERS NEVER LIE...

Take your hooks and compare them to the top 3 creators hooks
from earlier. If you feel as if they hold up then you did good. If
your hooks feel lacking or just low quality compared to theirs then
back to step Gathering ideas

09
PLANNING CONTENT - SCRIPTING
VIDEO SCRIPTING RULES

EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOUR VIDEOS SHOULD HAVE

1) Specific target viewer
2) A burning problem
3) A dream outcome
4) a solution

Break down your e-books and guides into long and

short paragraphs, avoid writing using only one
paragraph, it makes it look clumsy and unprofessional.

Do not wait
for anyone.
Always take
action.

10
PLANNING CONTENT - SCRIPTING

3 ACT STRUCTURE SCRIPTS

HOOK

A short intro that stops people from scrolling

ex. "I gained 20,000 followers in 1 day"

ACT 1: "The Setup"

Setup the scene and provide context to the viewer

ex. "I've been creating videos recently and I guess
something finally clicked"
Letting the viewer know that I've been uploading
more videos recently, and that could have led to an
increase in views and followers

11
PLANNING CONTENT - SCRIPTING

3 ACT STRUCTURE SCRIPTS

ACT 2: "The Conflict"

Introduce a point of conflict or problem that requires

a solution
ex. "Some of you have been asking about scripting
and storytelling and there's a lot to talk about, but I
gotchu"
Setting up the foundation to lead to the topic of the
video and posing the concern that "there's a lot to
talk about"
Which opens the question of how we're going to
tackle the topic in a limited amount of time

12
PLANNING CONTENT - SCRIPTING
3 ACT STRUCTURE SCRIPTS

ACT 3: "The Resolution"

Addressing the conflict we introduced and resolving it

ex. "Here's how I tell my stories. All you need are these 3:
ACT I, ACT II, and ACT III. And because we're creating
online, lets just add this (Hook), and this (CTA). And that's
how you can tell better stories!"
We proceed to explain how we structure and tell our stories,
which answers and resolves our initial conflict

Call-To-Action

After giving valuable information to your viewer, you have to

be able to lead them somewhere or encourage them to engage
ex. "And if you wanna know how that looks like, then watch
this video back and follow for more."
This encourages the audience to re-watch the video, to see if
the video is an actual example of what they just learned and it
encourages them to follow and share the content if they
found it valuable!

13
PLANNING CONTENT - SCRIPTING
VIRAL SCRIPT STRUCTURE

1. GREAT HOOK POINT 1-2 Sentences

EXTREME outcome and desirable outcome,

or
EXTREME fear targeting something they don’t want to happen

This has to be:

1. Super SPECFIC to the viewer
2. Have a dream Result

“Here’s how to…”

“You are still stuck at…”
“Why you can’t…”

2. SOLUTION MENTION 1-2 Sentences

Take this time to explain what you can do for them pretty quickly

EXAMPLES:
“These 3 Hacks”
“Say this to your clients”
Use the “ABC” method

14
PLANNING CONTENT - SCRIPTING
VIRAL SCRIPT STRUCTURE

3. DESTROY OBJECTIONS 1-2 Sentences

You can give some type of proof or logical breakdown

“And if you don’t believe me…”

4. EXPLAIN THE REST

Use NUMBERS and MATERIAL ITEMS/DRAWINGS/WRITING

Not just concepts
FELLINGS AND EMOTION>CONCEPTS

5. CTA TIME

Just give a nice “Feel free to follow”

“Fell free to save this”

15
RECORDING CONTENT
When you are recording content the most important
thing is efficiency. You need to have great strategies
in place. If you don’t it will always be a scramble to
get out a video or any content at all.

Nathaniel Negron
17
RECORDING CONTENT
BATCH SHOOTS
WHY

This is the most time-efficient way to shoot content because it allows you to
just get it all out of the way. However the editing load will be overwhelming so
I suggest getting an editor to help you out with the work load.

HOW

Once you've planned the content, I suggest you shoot at least 3-5 videos all at
once
If you're only recording short-form videos, you should get it done in a few
hours. However, if you alsa want to record long-form content, you probably
want to split it up in 2 days (I suggest Mondays or Wednesdays).

TIPS

1. When recording try to switch it up angles in every sentence

Also when you are delivering topics try to do different types of delivery
depending on the social platform
TIK TOK - They like green screen videos, more chill videos just walking
and talking
INSTAGRAM - They like visual pleasing content and nice editing, but
with a powerful brand you can also upload the more laid back type content

BEHIND THE SCENES BASICS
WHY

Capturing behind-the-scenes moments is a crucial aspect of gaining insight into

your business operations. Whether you're meticulously packaging clothes,
engaging in a sales call, providing coaching to a client, or expertly executing a
shoot for a valued client, documenting the behind-the-scenes footage is
indispensable.

HOW

All you need is some mic and a tripod/secondary camera man. While you are
working take advantage of that aspect and share it with others. It builds a world
around you and people WILL connect to you, so try it out

POSTING CONTENT
When posting content, whether it's on social media,
a blog, or any other platform, several factors
contribute to the effectiveness and impact of your
content. Here are some important considerations...

Nathaniel Negron
20
POSTING CONTENT - INSTAGRAM
INSTAGRAM POSTING

1. Upload a video with no added audio or sound

I suggest this if you are posting content b/c if the sound goes down so does your video
Only time I can see this as useful is if there is a crazy trend in your niche related to that sound other wise
don’t worry about it too much

2. Use no more than 5 Hashtags

I suggest this b/c past that it’s honestly pointless

Hashtags are a categorical tool tool so you don’t want to have them just all over the place
Choose 5 hashtags that represent your content an stick with them

3. Add 3 topics

This is listed under the “TOPIC” section. When you go to upload you’ll see it

4. Good text hook on screen

Test Hooks are there to supplement what you are saying on screen.
You want them to be simple but impactful at the same time
MINO.MP4 is a great creator to look at for these

5. Add a very good title related to your hook but not exactly the hook

Titles are a restatement of the hook in my opinion

Some people don’t pay any attention to them and they might do well but…
Using them is much MUCH better

21
POSTING CONTENT - YOUTUBE
YOUTUBE POSTING
1. Start with scrolling for 5 minutes
This process ensures the correctness of your content. If it meets the criteria, it's ready for
posting. However, if you're uncertain about its ability to stand out, investigate the
reasons behind this uncertainty.

2. Upload a video with no added audio or sound

I suggest this if you are posting content b/c if the sound goes down so does your video
Only time I can see this as useful is if there is a crazy trend in your niche related to that

POSTING CONTENT - TIK TOK
TIK TOK POSTING
1. Start with scrolling for 5 minutes

This helps to make sure your content seems right

I’d suggest doing it in the following tab if you are ingrained in your niche
If it does it will hold up and then you can post it
If you feel that your content won’t stand out find out why

2. Upload a video with no added audio or sound

I suggest this if you are posting content b/c if the sound goes down so does your
video
Only time I can see this as useful is if there is a crazy trend in your niche related

OPTIMIZING CONTENT
Optimizing content is crucial for ensuring that it
performs well in various online contexts, such as
search engines, social media, and other platforms.

INSTAGRAM OPTIMIZATION
COMMENT UP KEEP

Once you've uploaded your new video, check your last post's
comments.
Respond to these comments with questions if possible
This brings traction to your page and it brings more engagement
on your last post by getting them to answer questions

STORY ENGAGEMENT

When you post your reel post a story that has a poll on it… it can
be a poll about anything, but preferably something in your niche
(Optional) Post a conversational story that gets people to DM you
or answer with a full statement in a box
Post your reel after that poll. This will bring an increased amount
of traction to the post

REUSING CONTENT
Reusing content can be a strategic and efficient
approach for content creators and marketers. Here
are some great ways to reuse content...

Nathaniel Negron
26
REUSING CONTENT - TWITTER

METHODS

JUST POST IT…

Twitter was starting to like short form content so I just straight up post my videos on there

I think everyone should do this it, takes about 2 minutes

MAKING IT LAST…
All short form videos can be turned into a thread…
Take the videos script/transcript (Premiere makes transcripts now) and adjust them as needed within
twitter
Once you have it laid out begin to alter the speaking to be more “Thread worthy” and not so talking
heavy
Finally add #’s to the thread and you should be good

MIND DUMPING…
Twitter is a good place to just shed quick thoughts…
Have a notebook/notes app to jot down any quick ideas you have
Once that is done, at around mid day/evening begin to post these tweets over the next hour or so

27
REUSING CONTENT - YOUTUBE
METHODS

Long form is king…

At the end of the week take your best
performing videos and translate that into a
long form recording…

Can be :
A similar style to the original video
Same take, different delivery
Experiment with combining trends in your niche with the topic to get the best point across
