The line chart illustrates the number of population for India and China and the increased
population growth forecast over the period year from 2000 to 2050.
Overall, what stands out from the graph is that there were a considerable upward trends in
the population figures in both India and China. Another interesting point is that the
number of population in China was the highest in 2000, but in 2050, the population figure
in India higher than the population number in China.
Looking at the details, as regards in China, the quantity of population started at 1240
billion in 2000, then there was an upward trend peaking at 1450 billion in 2030.
Subsequently, the quantity of population in China decreased slightly in the next year,
finishing at 1400 billion in 2050.
If we look at India, the population figure of this country started at only 1000 billion in
2000, then there was a dramatic increase in the number of population, and finished at
1500 billion in 2050
