Business e-Transformations and digitizing to meet business needs and customers experiences.

This position would build on my over 14 years of experience in the field of information management, business systems
analysis and e-Transformation strategy development throughout my various assignments lastly as Technology and
Business Advisor at PwC, KSA. Previously as Senior IT Project Manager with the Electronic Government Authority, UAE.

Currently, I am leading a consultancy Team to achieve a full e-transformation Project to the Emirate of Mecca as part of
Saudi Arabia 2030 vision that is one of most important initiatives in the MENA region.

Previously, I have managed the implementation of a two-year e-Service strategy for the Department of Economic
Development. The strategy entailed initiating and managing strategic projects such as Business Process Reengineering,
Operations Modeling, Online Services, SAP PLM System, Mobile Applications and complete Governmental Service Hub
aiming to reach 0-In-Person customer in addition to establish and gather Innovative business ideas for prototyping, from
across the enterprise, through a systematic approach (i.e.: using Lean Management / Kaizen Standards).

My achievements are illustrated under each position hereunder whereby I was part of great innovative business
solutions, namely but not limited to: Robotics Lego League for UNRWA; Yes, We Care (smart watch) and Smart
Inspection (Darb) Initiatives within RAK strategic framework for Customers’ Happiness.

I have a full understanding of the full life cycle of a software development project; I also have experience in learning and
excellence in new technologies. My resume will detail my professional experience, which includes but not limited to:
• Strategic planning derived from strategic framework to reach objectives through Innovative Action Plans.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Act as Officer in Charge (OiC) as Head of Project Management Unit as required.
 Support the development of strategic planning framework, IT vision, mission and objectives for EGA and its client of
RAS Al-Khaimah government departments/offices. Mainly as relates to the Department of Economics and
Development (DED), Tourism Department Authority (TDA) and Center of Statics studies.
 Responsible for implementing a dynamic Business Process Reengineering, improvement and automation to reach
the best customers’ experience using innovative business solutions.
