IT Operating Model – Middle Eastern Telecom Client

• Worked with a Middle East subsidiary of a Global Telecom company to refresh their IT Operating model covering
capabilities, processes, organization structure & sizing and transformation roadmap.
• Proposed a multi-speed IT Operating model to meet the business requirements and improving time to market
with a Product-centric approach. Also defined an IT Sourcing strategy to support the same.
• Conducted IT Competency Assessment across the IT department to understand the gaps in skills and their
proficiencies and proposed initiatives to fill gaps as part of the Transformation Roadmap.

IT Shared Service Strategy & Implementation – Middle East Oil & Gas Clients
• Defined the Operating model for greenfield IT Shared Service Centres under two Middle East Oil & Gas
companies.
• Detailed the Service Catalogue at a Level 3, Roles & Responsibilities, Capabilities, Processes, Organization
Structure & Sizing, Governance and Chargeback model for the proposed IT Shared Service Center. Also defined a
list of prioritized initiatives and prepared an implementation roadmap.
• Initiated execution of the Shared Service Strategy by detailing segregation of IT Services, Roles and
Responsibilities for personnel transfer between the proposed IT Shared Service Centre and the operating

Product Operating Model – Global FMCG Client

• Defined the target Product-centric Operating Model including organization structure, processes from demand
management to value realisation and governance forums for a Product-centric Organization being set up within
the IT & Digital department of the client.
• Defined an Agile way of working for the various departments within the product organisation with a customized
agile delivery framework, tool recommendation, day in life scenarios for selected personas.

Application Portfolio Rationalization & Business Case – US Oil Field Equipment Manufacturer
• Conducted Application Portfolio Rationalization exercise through Surveys and multiple interviews with
department heads and proposed rationalization initiative for each application in scope.
