List the KRA's you were set to achieve in the past year or for the period of this appraisal. Key Responsibilties to be set by the manager & shared with the subordinate in the start of every
appraisal cycle. Appraisee has to mention the KRA's shared by the manager below and rate himself on each. Targets and Weightage to be assigned by the appraiser in %. Every KRA needs
to be distributed in % Weightage and Target respectively. Achievements to be measured by the Appraiser in %.
