HelloBizer happily introduces its signature event "Employability - Mapping Your

Success RoadMap," aimed at creating a corporate ecosystem, promoting
entrepreneurship, and fostering a professional culture for the youth in Bangladesh.

Not only does it focus on reducing career depression among these tender minds,
but it also stands apart from other short-lived Facebook events. This program will
consist of continuous seasons, both online and offline, and will serve as a grand
gathering of leading corporate leaders, influencers, business icons, and successful
entrepreneurs who will guide our participants. While the primary target audience
is the youth, job-seekers, founders of different organizations, entrepreneurs, and
anyone aspiring for a corporate dream life can join our program and benefit from its
offerings. With professional mentorship, workshops, seminars, and more, we aim to
introduce a new dimension of multifaceted corporate grooming for the youth,
a first-of-its-kind initiative in Bangladesh.

skill development opportunities. Consequently, the curse of unemployment befalls
them, adding to their anxieties.

Moreover, there is a scarcity of corporate-standard internships in our country,

resulting in a disparity of skills within the entire corporate sector and creating
divisions among the workforce.

In numerous cases, youths with amazing business ideas fail to materialize them
due to a lack of proper grooming in developing corporate skills and business
acumen.
Most youths feel uncertain while choosing a career path, leading to depression
that hinders their bright future.

Many youths perceive themselves as incapable of succeeding, resulting in

aimlessness. A platform that can instill a dream in them, help them realize their
potential, and turn it into a career is absent.

is just one thought away from a wrong decision. The risks involved discourage
