plans at various levels. Additionally, it aligns with OSHS, the Occupational Safety and Health Standards under the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

The emergency plan for URC SURE Sonedco and Cogeneration is the responsibility of Engr. Tortogo, the Safety Officer. Engr. Tortogo will review this plan at least once
annually. Any suggestions, comments, or questions should be directed to Mr. Alejano, the Human Resources Director. Mr. Benitez the Emergency Response Coordinator will be
responsible for overseeing the entire emergency response, Ms. Dezoller the company’s nurse trained in first aid and medical response will be responsible for providing initial
medical assistance to injured individuals, Mr. Pidoy, a Fire Safety Officer will be responsible for fire safety and suppression, Ms. Gratis, the communications officer will be

Procedure:
Upon discovering a fire or explosion, employees should immediately activate the alarm system and evacuate the premises following predefined escape routes. They should alert
emergency services (fire department, medical services) and the designated internal response team (listed in the organization section)

EMERGENCY PROTOCOLS:

Do not ignore an alarm signal, even if you have reason to believe it may be false.
Remember SAFEPAN
S - Safety Assessment: Assess the immediate safety risks after the explosion.
A - Alert: Activate the alarm system and alert everyone on the premises.
F - Find Exits: Identify and use the nearest safe exit routes.
L - Limit Access: Prevent re-entry into the affected area until declared safe.
