OBSERVATIONS

AREA:

The hospital's environment is clean, sanitary, and tranquil, if not toxic that is filled with overloading
patients everywhere. Things are quite structured, and patient records are not strewn throughout the
facility. Both patients and employees will find the environment to be quite comfortable and livable. Our
region has both sterile and non-sterile fields. I believe that hospital cleanliness has a significant
influence on patients' overall treatment and hospital experience. Patients are more likely to suggest a
hospital that they perceive to be clean, thus cleanliness should be a priority for all hospitals. Every
engagement throughout a patient's health care journey, whether directly or indirectly involved in the
delivery of care, has an impact on the overall patient experience. Patients' perceptions of the cleanliness
of their care environment can not only affect important determinants of patient loyalty, but also allow
for the delivery of safe, high-quality, and effective treatment by lowering the incidence of hospital-
acquired infections.

STAFF:

Doctors analyze and handle their patients’ medical treatment, and the staff is very competent.
Nurses provide ongoing care, while allied health professionals assist with diagnosis and
treatment, as well as assisting you during the recovery process. Finally, support and
administrative staff work to support the hospital's day-to-day operations. Nurses offer continuous
care. Allied health professionals assist with diagnosis and treatment, as well as during the healing
process. Support and administrative personnel help to administer the hospital on a daily basis.
Nurses treat injuries, dispense prescriptions, do regular medical exams, document complete
medical histories, monitor heart rate and blood pressure, run diagnostic tests, handle medical
equipment, draw blood, and admit/discharge patients as directed by physicians.

SELF:

During our assignment, I felt eager, apprehensive, and even a little nervous, but in the end, I truly
enjoyed my stay and learnt many skills that will help me become a good nurse someday. I was
really pleased to learn and aid people because this was one of my numerous hospital job
encounters. Hospitals fascinate me because I was impressed and startled by how clean and
orderly everything was, how each pavilion had its own satellite ICU, how all accessible drugs
and IVF are supplied free of charge to all patients, including meals.

CLASSMATES:

I am pleased that one advantage we obtained during our duty was the strengthening of our group
and the resolution of earlier misunderstandings between each member, as well as the necessity of
group cohesiveness in order to make our affiliation meaningful. As I saw, my group members
were doing their best in terms of our duties, but the greatest part was that we all loved our time
together by teaching and learning from one another, as well as giving and taking on
responsibilities. I confess that I am not as clever as others, but I constantly learn something new
from my group.

CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR:

I'm grateful for having our mentor because, despite the numerous troubles we caused them, they
still have an open mind and heart to forgive. We also liked their great desire to ensure that every
student who learnt from them becomes a competitive and well-prepared nurse eventually. Our CI
closely monitors/supervises the group to ensure that they are in a good mood and are motivated.
She walks us through every process that we do and witness. A kind and understanding CI, and
thank you for being approachable and firm at times, but in a good manner.
