Insignia Ventures Partners is an early stage technology venture fund focusing on Southeast Asia started in
2017 and manages capital from premier institutional investors including sovereign wealth funds,
foundations, university endowments and renowned family offices from Asia, Europe and North America.
Insignia Ventures Partners is the recipient of two back-to-back “VC Deal of Year” awards for Payfazz (2019)
and Carro (2018) from the Singapore Venture Capital and Private Equity Association and its portfolio
include many other technology leaders in Southeast Asia.
• Conduct market and industry research and investment theses on specific sectors.
• Source/identify startups in target sectors.
• Meet founders, assess investment opportunities, and perform initial due diligence.
• Perform financial/business analysis and modelling and interpret company and financial data.
• Develop, document, and present investment recommendations to the investment committee.
• Take part in in the due diligence process and support transaction closing.
• Support portfolio startups and work directly with the founders on an ad-hoc basis.
• Organize events that help build Insignia’s ecosystem for diverse entrepreneurs in technology.
• Assist with administrative and project-based responsibilities on ad-hoc basis.

• Monitoring of cash flows from investments and capital activities of the company's private &
alternative funds/mandates.
• Prepare periodic cash projections and analysis for capital calls and distribution
• Manage and process fund expenses.
• Primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on operational queries.
• Primary point of contact for external stakeholders like service providers, e.g. fund administrators,
corporate secretary, bankers, etc.
• Review of NAV and annual reports received from vendor and coordinate Investor Reporting
• Coordinating with operation team on annual audits.
• Take part in in the due diligence process and support transaction closing.
• Support portfolio startups and work directly with the founders on an ad-hoc basis.
