Dear 6E Colleagues,

Today, on the occasion of “National Girl Child Day”, we are excited to share with you the launch of our first-ever Lady Pilot Hiring
Program, specially curated for female CPL holders or female CPL holders with valid A-320 Type Rating (Type Rated Zero Time).

At IndiGo, we believe in fostering diversity and inclusion, and this initiative is a step towards creating more opportunities for talented female

introducing this initiative, we aim to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace, providing opportunities for talented female pilots to
contribute their skills and expertise to this dynamic 6E team. We encourage you to spread the word amongst your friends and colleagues, who

Entry Requirements:
· Indian National/ OCI Card holder.
· Female Pilot
· Current Indian DGCA issued CPL or higher license with Multi Engine Instrument Rating.
· Valid Indian COP/RTR, FRTO License and Class I medical certificate.
· Valid Indian Passport.
· Fluency in English - both written and spoken.
· Minimum 25 hours ME time ( includes 10 hours on Multi engine SIM)
· Valid A320 Endorsement on the CPL with IR. (For A-320 TRZT applicants only)

(All licenses validity will be as on date of written test)

Age Requirement : ( as on date of written test)

· Minimum Age : 18 years
· Maximum Age : 40 years

 Personal Interview

Selected candidates will be issued IndiGo Letter of Intent (LOI) and will have to undergo A320 Type Rating / required abridged training( for
TRZT candidates), at specified TRTOs. Candidates who successfully complete the Type Rating/ abridged training will be inducted as Junior
First Officer on the Airbus fleet, as per a defined timeline.
