Introduction:
According to

en.wikipedia.org › wiki › Microteaching Micro-teaching is a teacher training and

faculty development technique whereby the teacher reviews a recording of a
teaching session, in order to get constructive feedback from peers and/or students
about what has worked and what improvements can be made to their teaching
technique. On the other hand Brent and Thomas 1996 also sees Microteaching as
a technique aiming to prepare teacher candidates to the real classroom
setting, Microteaching can also defined as a teaching technique especially used
in teachers' pre-service education to train them systematically by allowing them to
experiment main teacher behaviors.

Observation:
Base on the micro-Teaching conducted on Saturday 14th /September/2019. At the
end of the Micro-Teaching exercise the following observations were made:
i. Each and every lesson plan must have a teaching aid
ii. Chalk, Chalkboard, white board, white board maker, etc. are not part of
teaching aids
iii. You should not talk to students while facing the board.
iv. Every topic has its own methodology
v. You must master the topic and plan before going into the classroom to
teach
vi. You have to dress well before you approach the students
vii. Talk politely and be friendly to the students
viii. Allow the students to fully express his/her view even it is wrong

I have made to understand that micro-teaching is really a techniques aiming to
prepare teacher candidate to the real classroom setting, micro-teaching cannot be
effective without plan, therefore he who fail to plan, plan to fail.
