SABAYANG PAGBIGKAS COMPETITION

MECHANICS

1. The piece must be original and relevant to the 30 th National Children’s Month theme:
“Kalusugan, Kaisipan, at Kapakanan ng Bawat Bata Ating Tutukan!”
2. The performance must be at least 3 minutes but must not exceed 5 minutes, not
including the entrance and exit.

3. Must be recited in Filipino language

4. The piece shall not contain blasphemous, profane, crude and discriminatory language.

CRITERIA

 Relevance to the Theme – 40 %

 Delivery (Voice Quality, Clarity, Harmony, Mastery) – 30 %
 Stage Presence (Gestures and Facial Expressions) – 20 %
 Attire – 10%
