DEED OF CHATTEL MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ROLAND B. GATON, of legal age, married, a Filipino, and a resident of Prk. Mabuhay,
Brgy. Avanceña, Koronadal City, for and in consideration of a loan of THIRTY THOUSAND
(₱30,000.00) PESOS, granted to me by JOSE ARIEL L. RIVERA, also of legal age, married, and a
resident of Prk. Rose, Brgy. Avanceña, Koronadal City, to be paid on or before October 31, 2023
from date hereof, have transferred and conveyed by way of Chattel Mortgage unto said JOSE
ARIEL RIVERA, his heirs, successors, and assigns, free from all liens and encumbrances that
certain motorcycle currently in my possession, more particularly described as:

of which I am the true and absolute owner by title thereto, being evidenced by Motor
Vehicle Certificate of Registration with Certificate No. 339223264 issued in my name by the
Land Transportation Office on March 27, 2019.

This Chattel Mortgage has been executed in order to secure the full faith and payment
of my obligation to JOSE ARIEL L. RIVERA, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this
instrument. Upon full payment, this contract shall become null and void; otherwise, it shall
continue to have full force and effect and may be foreclosed in accordance with law.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto signed this deed of chattel mortgage this 24 th of
August 2023 at Koronadal City, South Cotabato, Philippines.

AFFIDAVIT OF GOOD FAITH

We, the undersigned MORTGAGOR and MORTGAGEE, severally swear that the
foregoing chattel mortgage is made and executed for the purpose of securing the obligation
specified therein, and for no other purpose, and that the same is a just and valid obligation, and
one not entered into for the purposes of fraud.
