KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JAM MARIE AMARILLE y BALADHAY, of legal age, single, Filipino, and

a resident of Rizal Street, Rizal-Tuguisan, Guimbal, Iloilo, Philippines hereby
NAME, APPOINT and CONSTITUTE, my mother, MARIVIC B. AMARILLE, 43 years
old, married, Filipino and a also a resident of, Rizal Street, Rizal-Tuguisan,
Guimbal, Iloilo, Philippines, to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for
me and in my name, place and stead, to do any or all of the following acts and
things to wit:

1. To request, process, follow up and receive my Transcript of Records,

Clearances, Honorable Dismissal, and any other document/credentials
with Iloilo Science and Technology University-Miagao Campus, Miagao,
Iloilo in connection with my intent to transfer to another school;

2. To make, sign and execute documents or any writings of whatsoever

nature, kind or description, and to remit, submit, pay or deliver any
document/s or money to the proper office/s concerned in order to
perform and fulfill the abovementioned authority;

3. To do and perform all acts and things necessary to give effect to the
foregoing powers.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact, full

power and authority to perform whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in
and about the purposes as I might or could do if personally present.

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact

shall lawfully do or cause to be done in and about and by virtue of these
presents.
